For our location in Regensdorf, we are looking for a Deputy Operations Manager who supports the operation operationally, helps shape it, and, together with the Operations Manager and our team, shapes the future of our company.
- You support the Operations Manager in the operational management of the site.
- You take responsibility for production planning, scheduling, and logistics.
- You analyze and optimize existing processes in terms of efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- You ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and bring new impulses for further development.
- You work closely with administration, logistics, and the site manager.
- You lead cross-departmental projects and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- You also pitch in yourself in the operation if needed – following the motto: leadership by example.
- Technical basic training, ideally as a recycler
- Experience in production, ideally already with leadership experience
- Solid knowledge in handling hazardous materials and metals.
- Know-how in occupational safety, production planning, scheduling, and logistics.
- Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
