Staff member project and quality management fixed-term 40 - 60%Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is part of the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zurich and is responsible for penal and measure enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. For our 1,400 employees from around 40 professional groups, the successful social reintegration of offenders, the prevention of recidivism, and the preparation of the departure of persons without valid residence status are of particular importance.
The Probation and Enforcement Services (BVD) – one of seven main departments of JuWe – are responsible for the enforcement of custodial sentences and court-ordered measures as well as probation assistance.
We have a position to fill as a maternity cover in the BVD staff starting May 2026 or by arrangement. The position is limited until the end of February 2027.
This is your field of activity
- You support our project and quality management where support is currently needed
- You proactively get involved in projects from planning to implementation and also support the team in administrative tasks (e.g., meeting and workshop planning)
- You ensure that projects and processes are well documented and easily traceable
- You prepare information and results clearly (e.g., in presentations or reports) and develop decision-making bases
- You contribute your own ideas to make processes smarter and more efficient
- You help build internal checks and reviews
- You work closely with various teams and are in the middle of the action

- You are familiar with PowerPoint, Visio, Forms, SharePoint, and co. (or will quickly become so)
- You have experience in project management (not a must)
- You have an impeccable reputation (no entries in the criminal or debt enforcement register)
