In the hard coating production area, high-quality eyeglass lenses are coated with a hard lacquer layer to protect them from possible damage. To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible and motivated employee who will take over the position of shift supervisor after an internal training phase.

Production Shift Supervisor

Your profile:

• Willingness to work in shift operation
• Technical basic training (e.g., industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, plant mechanic, or similar)
• Several years of industry or production experience
• Proactive team player with a high quality awareness and the ability to think and act entrepreneurially
• Good German language skills, spoken and written

Your tasks:

• Leadership responsibility for a shift team
• Responsibility for product and deadline quality
• Active participation in production
• Carrying out department-specific maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Troubleshooting on various production machines
