About the job
The Battenberg Foundation supports people in integrating into the primary labor market. For our business area Watches, Industry, and Crafts, we are looking by agreement for a watchmaker 100% (m/f/d) as a vocational trainer with an administrative flair.
These are the main tasks:
- Professional support, assessment, and education of people with special needs in German and French.
- Acquisition and execution of customer orders as well as carrying out quality controls.
- Administrative tasks related to support and education.
What you should bring:
- You have a basic education as a watchmaker EFZ (3- or 4-year apprenticeship) and several years of professional experience.
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary work environment and are communicative, empathetic, and service-oriented.
- Ideally, you have further training in work pedagogy.
- You are a native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language, both spoken and written.
