Your tasks
Communication (approx. 50%)
- Contact point for internal and external communication
- You plan and implement effective communication measures
- Writing, editing, and publishing contributions for all communication channels (website, social media, and internal)
- Planning and/or assisting with internal and external events
- Developing ideas to further develop corporate communication
Human Resources (approx. 50%)
- Conducting applicant management
- Planning and supporting the recruitment of new employees
- Developing measures for personnel development
Your profile
- Education in journalism, communication, or related disciplines (university/FH)
- Preferably with further training in HR (e.g., HR specialist certificate)
- Theoretical and practical know-how in all areas of modern, integrated, and cross-media communication
- User knowledge in the application of common CMS systems
- Flair for communicative appearances and quality-conscious design
