Logistics is more than just execution for us – it is a central lever for scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.
With our international growth, the complexity of our warehouse and distribution structures increases. This is exactly where this role comes in: It is responsible for the further development of our global 3PL and warehouse landscape and ensures that our logistics processes operate stably, efficiently, and scalably.
The operational implementation is carried out entirely through external 3PL partners. The focus is on control, optimization, and performance – from designing our distribution structure to the continuous development of our logistics processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You manage and further develop our international 3PL warehouse network.
• You design and optimize our global distribution center setup.
• You ensure reliable and efficient fulfillment across B2C and B2B channels.
• You manage international inventory flows between warehouses and optimize allocation.
• You drive the further development of outbound processes to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• You define, track, and optimize relevant KPIs such as service levels, lead times, and logistics costs.
• You are the central contact person for international 3PL partners and actively manage their performance.
• You negotiate and manage 3PL and transport contracts and drive cost optimizations across the entire network.
• You optimize return processes and ensure efficient handling of returns.
• You work closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure holistic management.

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
• You have experience managing 3PL partners.
• You have a good understanding of fulfillment processes in B2C and B2B environments.
• You have experience with multi-warehouse setups and international logistics networks.
• You work in a structured, data-driven, and hands-on manner.
• You take ownership and navigate confidently in a dynamic environment.
• You are willing to travel internationally and regularly work on-site with 3PL partners.
• You have good English skills (German is a plus).
• Ideally, you have experience with ERP or WMS systems.
