Your tasks

• Timely and flawless implementation of large construction sites in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Material ordering and employee deployment planning
• Coordination and organization of the various steps from excavation to completion of the shell construction
• Central contact person for internal and external parties
• Leading, motivating, and training employees and apprentices
• Implementing occupational safety regulations as well as order and cleanliness on the construction site

Your profile

• Completed training in civil engineering and further education as a foreman
• Professional experience in the management and handling of large construction sites
• Organizational talent with an independent working style
• Resilient and solution-oriented personality
• Reliable team player
• Passion and joy for building
• Driver's license category B
• Sense of duty
• Good IT skills (MS Office and ABACUS)
