Together with your team leader, you further develop the residential group in the modern Domicil Alexandra. You actively participate in the further development of our social institution and gain the acceptance of your colleagues. With your participative and open attitude, you lead the employees in the care and nursing area and take on the daily responsibility.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DHII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in long-term care
- Very good German skills
- Independence and initiative
- Flexibility and resilience
- Networked thinking
- Open and constructive personality
- Understanding and empathy for elderly people
