The Competence Center for Auditing of Prof. Florian Eugster at the University of St.Gallen conducts research in the field of Internal Auditing, Auditing & Finance. Our core competencies lie in teaching, research, and continuing education for executives. Student assistants are fully integrated into the team and gain close insight into the activities of the competence center.

• Advance your research interest in the areas of Accounting, Auditing, and Business Valuation
• Collaboration in teaching at Bachelor and Master levels (e.g., Financial Accounting, Auditing, Financial Statement Analysis, Valuation)
• Active support of ongoing research projects, including data collection, empirical analyses, and publication activities

• Strong interest in scientific work and enjoyment of structured, independent work in research, teaching, and organization
• Very good academic performance with a Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance 
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Stata, Python) is an advantage
