Your Tasks
- Ensuring nursing quality and effective symptom control
- Personnel management, duty planning, and deployment coordination
- Active team care and organization of psychohygiene (e.g. supervision)
- Coordination of the interdisciplinary team
- Central communication and support of relatives
- Organization of ward processes and narcotics management
- Implementation and assurance of palliative nursing standards and quality management
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or similar qualification
- Further training as ward manager
- Solid professional experience in palliative, hospice, or oncological care
- Strong empathy and professional closeness in dealing with patients and relatives
- Deep expertise in pain and symptom management
