Intern in the Areas of Equality, Youth and Migration 60%
Your responsibilities
Your area of responsibility includes supporting the interest groups Women (Equality), Youth, and Migration. You will develop foundations and carry out research assignments on politically relevant topics. You will take on operational tasks in the preparation and implementation of political campaigns and participate in trade union actions. As an intern, you will gain insight into our work representing trade union concerns in politics, business, and society.
Your profile
You are a student, preferably in the social sciences (e.g., political science, sociology, ethnology) and somewhat advanced in your studies. You are trade union and/or politically oriented or interested. You can express yourself fluently in German or French, both orally and in writing, and have at least good knowledge of the other language (German or French). Additional language skills are an advantage.
What we offer
Your workload is 60%, and the position is limited to 6 months. The remuneration is CHF 2,547 gross per month (CHF 4,243 at 100%). The workplace is Bern. Internship start: from March 1, 2026. Look forward to a respectful, collegial, and lively environment.
