• Organisational, professional and personnel management of the hospitality, gastronomy and textiles department
• Ensuring high service quality, hygiene, service and efficient processes
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and participation in project groups
• Continuous process improvement and innovative further development of the department
• Responsibility for budget, resources and cost control as well as involvement in investment and infrastructure projects
• Operational involvement to ensure contemporary and efficient workflows

• Completed training as a Facility Management HF manager or as a department head in hospitality-housekeeping with a hospitality trade certificate or a comparable qualification
• Experience in operational and planning tasks as well as enjoyment of varied activities and entrepreneurial thinking
• Sound leadership skills, ideally in the social sector or healthcare
• Interest in working with people with disabilities
• High social competence, resilience and appreciative communication
• Strong communication skills as well as a high degree of responsibility and empathy
