For many of our customers, you are the first point of contact. You independently and competently answer all inquiries related to social insurance. You find practical and quick solutions for many concerns. More complex inquiries are forwarded to the responsible specialists. One thing is certain, your job is demanding and fast-paced. However, you do not let your counterpart feel this because you are a service professional. Additionally, you can work in the Public Customer Service, where you advise our customers on-site.
Your credentials sound impressive.
You are a trained customer dialogue specialist with a federal diploma (EFZ) or have completed a commercial apprenticeship. Additionally, you have gained professional experience in a lively environment. You have noticed that you enjoy telephone and personal contact with people. Open and alert as you are, you quickly understand the needs of your customers. You defuse small misunderstandings and complications with the right touch of humor.
