Assistant for Head of Services 50%The School of Design, with over 1600 students in basic education, three classes in the preparatory design course, around 1000 participants in higher vocational education programs as well as in career-oriented continuing education, and about 140 teachers, is one of the most interesting vocational schools in the canton, a center for design, media production, painting, and lacquer technology.
We are looking for an assistant starting immediately until 31.8.2028 for a varied activity with creative freedom
Your tasks
- You support the Head of Services and take on projects in the areas of safety, facility management, and human resources for the operational staff
- You manage and maintain the personnel files of the operational staff, create work reports, and calculate allowances
- You accompany the recruitment process for the operational staff
- You reliably maintain and update master data
- You create and revise instructions as well as QM documents and ensure their currency
- You support the billing of room reservations and meetings
- You take over the preparation and follow-up of meetings
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) as well as several years of professional experience
- Experience in a comparable assistant function is an advantage
- Interest in topics such as safety, facility management, human resources, and project work
- Confident handling of MS Office and openness to new digital tools
- Structured, independent, and careful way of working
- Strong service orientation as well as networked and process-oriented thinking
- Organizational talent with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Friendly, agile personality with a positive charisma and a touch of humor
- Confident oral and written communication in German
- Willingness to work on-site at least four days a week
