To strengthen our Wealth Solutions unit, PWM is seeking to recruit a Senior Credit Structurer in Geneva
Your role
As a key member of the Credit Structuring team, you will support Relationship Managers by advising on Pictet’s credit capabilities and services for Wealth Management clients. You will play a central role in structuring complex lending solutions, preparing and presenting credit requests for approval to the relevant Credit Committees, and facilitating tailored credit strategies.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the credit specialist to structure and facilitate complex lending solutions.
- Underwriting and executing both loan and derivative structures, performing high-quality analysis, due diligence, and credit presentations.
- Preparing and presenting credit requests to the Business Credit Committee.
- Assessing and managing the risk of complex credit structures.
- Monitoring credit conditions and ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Educating and training Relationship Managers on Pictet’s Credit Policy, procedures, and directives.
- Providing expertise and guidance on the Bank’s Credit policies in close collaboration with RMs and Management.
- Presenting Pictet’s credit capabilities and services to clients as required.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for both new and existing clients.
Your profile
- At least 7-10 years’ prior experience in secured credit activities for wealth management clients.
- Strong solution-driven approach and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with legal, compliance, tax, and cross-border environments.
- Solid knowledge of investment products, particularly derivatives and corporate analysis.
- Knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding analytical, logical thinking, and organizational skills.
- First-rate interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Methodical, precise, and highly organized in your work.
