Specifically, you will be based in our Zurich Real Estate office, where you will be responsible for these tasks:
- You are responsible for the independent management of a property portfolio in the Zurich region.
- You take care of the budget preparation for the managed properties.
- You plan and carry out property maintenance.
- You handle the dunning process.
- You are responsible for apartment inspections and handovers.

Your professional qualifications:
- Commercial or technical basic training
- Completed further education in the real estate sector with a specialist certificate as a property manager
- Several years of professional experience in managing residential and commercial properties
- Confident MS Office skills, ideally application knowledge of Garaio REM
- Category B driving license and own car required
- High customer and service orientation as well as organizational talent
