Your future tasks:
- Operational, professional, and personnel responsibility for a department with 10 employees
- Ensuring professional, client-centered, and resource-oriented support
- Promoting teamwork and creating a positive working atmosphere as well as active participation in everyday life
- Planning and monitoring the budget as well as ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Presence in challenging situations and ensuring orientation and stability
This is what distinguishes you:
- Completed training in social pedagogy, nursing, or a comparable social profession
- Leadership experience
- Competence in dealing with complex situations and crises
- Empathetic, decisive, and structured way of working
- Good MS Office skills and a category B driving license
