- You are part of the clinical pharmacy team and regularly participate in interdisciplinary (Kardex) rounds
- You support the drug information service for doctors and nursing staff and conduct short micro-trainings for the nursing staff
- You bring your pharmaceutical expertise into clinical practice and promote the safe use of medicines
This is what you bring
- You have a completed degree in pharmacy with a federal or recognized diploma, ideally with professional experience in a hospital pharmacy
- You have further training in FPH Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent further training
- You have good MS Office skills; experience with SAP MM/APM and KISIM is an advantage
- You work with quality and responsibility, appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration, and contribute actively to the team
