Management of customer service
Personal and telephone customer support/appointment scheduling
Planning and coordination of customer orders (customer, warranty, and insurance orders)
Invoicing of workshop orders to customers, warranty, and insurance
Assistance in parts service during the absence of the responsible employee

Our desired profile

Basic technical training in the automotive industry with commercial further education
Several years of experience in the same role is an advantage
Well-groomed, winning appearance
Very good IT skills (standard applications)
Strong service- and customer-oriented approach
Solution- and success-oriented thinking
Team player, reliability, organizational talent, resilience
Communicative personality with very good language skills in German and English
