What are your tasks?

As a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d), you are jointly responsible for managing the salary administration of about 550 employees. You work in a two-person team on SAP and also take care of withholding tax processing. Additionally, you support the team leader in annual processes such as bonus and salary reviews and handle monthly and year-end tasks including account reconciliation, social insurance accounting, and preparation of salary certificates. Your tasks also include creating reports and statistics, as well as optimizing processes in payroll accounting.
Together with your team, you ensure smooth and efficient personnel administration from entry to exit.

What you bring

Further training in the field of personnel and/or social insurance, professional certificate in social insurance, fiduciary or similar further education

At least 3 years of professional experience in the payroll area

Very good Excel skills and practical experience with SAP HCM and/or Workday are an advantage

Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written

The ability to respond efficiently, flexibly, and innovatively to needs in a dynamic and international environment

Service- and customer-oriented as well as team-capable personality with a networked way of thinking
