- Organizational, professional, and personnel management of the Financial Accounting Department with responsibility for accounts receivable and payable, payment transactions, debt collection and dunning, as well as preparation of the annual financial statement (5 employees)
- Active support of employees in their operational activities
- Professional responsibility for the municipal ERP system Abacus
- Consulting decentralized financial offices on accounting matters
- Leading projects in the area of financial accounting or participating in city-wide projects with financial aspects
Your Profile
- University degree or equivalent education/training in finance or business administration (Federal Specialist Certificate in Finance and Accounting)
- Proven professional experience in financial accounting (confident in closing accounts)
- Enjoy leading people and numbers
- High IT affinity and solid experience with ERP systems (Abacus is an advantage)
- Analytical thinking, initiative, and interest in digitalization topics
