Your challenge:

• You support the head of the Lyss butchery in daily tasks
• You are responsible for supervising the execution of all work
• In this varied role, you lead around 60 employees in tandem
• You monitor goods disposition and flow and manage daily work processes based on the production plan
• You oversee the quality and production of raw materials and independently carry out safety checks in the assigned area
• Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring the functionality of the butchery in coordination with building services and act as their contact person

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training as a meat specialist
• You already have some leadership experience in food production
• You have an independent and structured working style and present yourself confidently and professionally
• You lead by example and motivate employees to master daily challenges as a team. You also actively assist in production when needed
• Good PC skills in MS Office and CSB are an advantage
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
