Clerk: Secretariat (50%)
The housing assistance of the Social Services is committed to sustainable and successful housing integration. From May 1, 2026, or by arrangement, you will actively strengthen our team at the reception and in the secretariat. The position is part-time, with preferred working days on Wednesday and Friday (full day) as well as Thursday (afternoon). In this versatile and exciting role, you will mainly take on the following tasks:Your Tasks
- Competent and service-oriented support of clients at the reception and on the phone
- Support for people looking for housing, e.g., by creating advertisements or arranging internal appointments
- Taking over general administrative tasks such as document filing, ordering, mail processing, and inventory management
- Checking, coding, and forwarding invoices as well as internal billing
- Collaboration in accounting, especially in accounts receivable management, dunning, and cash management
- Supervision and support of apprentices (commercial EFZ)
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ), ideally supplemented by knowledge in the real estate sector
- Trainer course (or willingness to complete it)
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as very good IT user skills in common Office programs
- Responsible, resilient, and committed personality
- Empathetic and respectful interaction with people in challenging situations as well as with different cultural backgrounds
