What you can achieve
- Support and assistance to the ZTP management
- Responsible for the maintenance and further development of the SPOC database
- Collaboration in USB internal resource allocation as well as preparation of statistics and reports to monitor internal and external deployments
- Development, optimization, and control of processes and structures in close coordination with clinical departments
- Assumption of assigned specialist and management tasks as well as projects by the ZTP management
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (HF/FH level) and business management training or commercial training with medical further education
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite desired
- Fluent German skills are required, foreign language skills in French and English are an advantage
- Team-oriented personality with communication skills, high service orientation, and a structured, independent way of working
