As Business Manager Group HR, you are the central contact person and sparring partner for the Group Head of HR. You support her in managing the area, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the efficient implementation of strategic initiatives. With your ability to structure topics, confidently moderate meetings, and drive projects forward, you ensure transparency, clarity, and progress in the business area.
Your area of responsibility
- You lead the group-wide Workday-related Demand Management Panel, manage the professional communities, and ensure knowledge transfer
- You support the Head GHR in managing the divisions, independently prepare decision-making processes (from research and analyses and briefing materials to executive presentations), and ensure follow-up
- You translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment within and across business areas
- You manage and coordinate the portfolio of Group HR initiatives, ensure alignment across business areas, and independently lead selected HR projects
- You orchestrate, among other things, planning, roadmap, and cost control
- You coordinate the implementation and evaluation of Group Employee Surveys
Your strengths
- You have several years of professional experience and a completed university degree, ideally in business administration or a comparable field
- You have several years of experience in project and program management, ideally in HR or transformation environments
- You have the ability to recognize connections across functions and implement pragmatic solutions
- You are assertive and bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a demanding environment
- You have a pronounced organizational and coordination talent
- You are proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and SharePoint
- You are fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
- Market-oriented base salary
