Your Tasks

• • Mechanical final assembly and commissioning of CNC-controlled cylindrical grinding machines
  • Installation of measuring controls and accessories
  • Assembly of customised assemblies according to drawings
  • Aligning and adjusting mechanical components
  • Creating machine geometry, laser measurement and data logging
  • Preparing machines for the grinding process; grinding test shafts and sample parts
  • Functional and quality control of all machine-related components
  • Active participation in optimisation processes

Your Qualifications

• • Basic training as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis, EFZ)
  • Several years of experience in assembly of assemblies and final machine assembly
  • Experience in operating CNC-controlled machines and systems
  • Grinding knowledge is an advantage
  • Structured, precise and very independent working style
  • High flexibility and team spirit
  • Resilient personality with high self-motivation
  • PC skills are an advantage
