About the job

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, friendly, and service-oriented personality as Team Leader Service 80-100 %. At the Wiborada Residential and Care Center, we care for and support over 60 residents. Our cheerful team of around 90 employees ensures the well-being of our residents and guests. Here I am human - Here I am allowed to be! Working hours without room hour, free parking during the shift. An interesting and varied activity in a cheerful team, at least 5 weeks of vacation. Our restaurant is a popular meeting place for residents, visitors, and guests. Various events and occasions provide variety throughout the year – from atmospheric celebrations to culinary themed weekends that always set new highlights. As Team Leader Service, you actively shape this special atmosphere. You know how to live genuine hospitality qualities, lead a team, and provide our guests with a warm, professional service experience every day.
