You manage a portfolio of regulated institutions in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino, within a committed and interdisciplinary team.
- Processing files concerning authorizations of fund management companies, collective and individual asset managers, trustees, custodian banks, representatives of foreign collective investments as well as representations of foreign financial institutions
- Processing files concerning product approval according to the Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA)
- Analysis of investment strategies and review of the corresponding investment policy, risk allocation as well as risks related to the investments of the various products
- Active monitoring of market developments at national and international levels and independent handling of policy and regulatory issues
- Review of various issues related to regulation and problems related to the aforementioned institutions and products
- Support, in close collaboration with other relevant sections, for the ongoing supervision of authorization holders to ensure that they continuously meet the required authorization conditions
- Master's degree in law or economics (or similar education)
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in the financial markets field
- Professional attitude as well as ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Convincing communication, also in demanding discussions
- Excellent knowledge of French and Italian (C2) and good knowledge of German and English (B2)
