Your Mission
- Processing, entering, and verifying patient registrations
- Obtaining or verifying approvals of cost coverage
- Advising patients by phone and email regarding admission
- Coordination between referrers, insurers, and patients
- Planning, coordination, and allocation of beds
- Billing of inpatient cases and handling of rejections and billing inquiries
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
What you bring
- Completed KV training and several years of professional experience in an administrative role
- Interest in the healthcare sector
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High social competence as well as independent and reliable working style
- Resilience, organizational talent, flexibility, teamwork skills, and commitment
- Solid IT user skills
