- Telephone clarifications of facts
- Coordination/collaboration with various partners such as craftsmen, experts, invoice audits, and the legal department
- Detection of fraud cases and execution of recourse claims
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Preferably a commercial qualification or insurance experience in a customer environment
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry are mandatory; knowledge of property insurance products and experience in claims handling are an advantage
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing are required; any additional language is an advantage
- Great enjoyment in customer contact and a high service standard towards customers
- Efficient working style and focus on the essentials
