We are looking for a new colleague for our logistics team starting January 1, 2026, as

Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your task:

• Receipt of deliveries, checking for completeness and quality as well as seamless documentation of incoming goods
• Picking orders according to customer requirements and timely preparation for shipping
• Proper packaging and labeling of goods, creating shipping documents, and coordination with freight forwarders and transport service providers
• Ensuring target achievement and timely processing (same-day readiness)
• Assisting with the supervision, training, and development of apprentices if needed

Your talents and experience:

• Completed apprenticeship as a logistics specialist EFZ is required
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP systems, Swisslog SPOC (LVS), and user knowledge of MS Office
• Good German language skills
• An engaged and motivated person who contributes positively to team spirit
• Possession of a valid forklift license
