Service Technician for Welding Machines (m/f/d) - Georg Fischer GmbH

Your Tasks

• Perform maintenance and service work on machines and tools for plastic pipe processing and connection
• Repair of electronic and electrical as well as hydraulic and mechanical machine systems
• Perform various assembly tasks on our Georg Fischer products
• Technical advice to our customers via telephone, e-mail, and other digital media
• Preparation of cost estimates and order processing using SAP

Your Profile

• Completed training, e.g., as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, mechanical engineer, or several years of professional experience in one of these areas, alternatively career changers with good technical understanding
• Ideally training as an electrical specialist for defined activities
• Confident handling of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• English skills are an advantage
• Flexibility, resilience, and independent working style with pronounced team spirit
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for occasional on-site service at the customer
