About the job

• Channel responsibility for digital marketing, web, LinkedIn, and Instagram in the Department of Health as well as management of all campaigns in collaboration with the digital agency
• Advise and implement SEO measures as well as be responsible for data analysis of the channels, including interpretation and deriving improvement measures
• Take on the role of Head Superuser*in for the CRM tool in the Department of Health
• Further develop and manage the CRM tool (automated customer journeys, direct marketing)
• Advise employees on the use of digital channels in the department and implement training offers

• Education at BSc level in communication and/or marketing or comparable training/continuing education
• Proven professional experience working with CRM and CMS systems as well as in project management
• Sound knowledge of Google Analytics, UX knowledge desirable
• Confident expression (oral and written) in German and English, French an advantage
• Independent and persistent personality with a strong customer and service orientation as well as good organizational skills
