Clerk Order Planning / AVOR m/f/d 100%

• Creation and maintenance of work plans, parts lists, and production documents

• Work preparation and planning of production orders

• Scheduling and capacity coordination with production and purchasing

• Delivery date determination for sales inquiries

• Coordination of material requirements and availability

• Technical clarifications with internal departments

• Support in optimizing production processes and workflows

• Participation in the introduction of new products or production methods

• Documentation and maintenance of production data in the ERP system

• Ensuring compliance with quality requirements and standards

• Cross-departmental support in Order Management Processing

• Completed technical or commercial training with further education in production planning or AVOR

• Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning, or production control

• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking

• Sound knowledge of ERP systems

• Confident handling of MS Office applications

• Experience with SharePoint for project implementation and intranet support

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

The position is to be filled for a fixed term from October 2025 to June 2026.
