Team Leader Technology & Maintenance with Agogic Task 90% (m/f/d)

From 01.03.2026 or by arrangement we are looking for a position in the Technology & Maintenance area
Your tasks
- You lead, accompany and promote a group of employees with disabilities according to their individual abilities
- You assist in the training of our apprentices
- You ensure the internal cleaning supply at our industrial site and the correct handling of the cleaning machines and carry out professional cleaning
- You independently complete specialist orders in the area of operational maintenance with your manual skills
- You monitor building technology systems and carry out minor repairs on them
- You maintain small green areas at our own properties
- Administrative tasks are a welcome change for you
- You take on deputy tasks within the team
What you bring with you
- Training and several years of professional experience as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ (focus on building services), as a caretaker or in a comparable manual profession
- Manual skills and understanding of technical systems
- Interest in agogic topics, further training is an advantage. Motivated career changers are also welcome with us
- Talent for organizing, coordinating – every day brings a new challenge, to which you respond in a solution-oriented and flexible manner
- You are a stable, resilient, patient personality. You are grounded in life and nothing easily unsettles you
- Enjoyment in contact with the most diverse people
- Completed "Trainer" course or willingness to do so
- Comprehensive IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
- Flawless German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B
- Empathy, sense of responsibility and flexibility are further strengths that complete your profile
