The EMS Le Nouveau Prieuré is a facility located in Chêne-Bougeries and accommodating

144 residents in single rooms. Nearby, there is a daycare, a residence for students, a home for people with multiple disabilities, and rental apartments, all around a village square: the Nouveau Prieuré.

We wish to hire, for a start date to be agreed upon, a:

Maintenance Agent 100%

Your main tasks

Technical;

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, daily logistics, and proper technical follow-up of the entire site

• Guarantee the safety, reliability, and continuity of technical installations, as well as logistical support for events and site operations
• Directly contribute to user comfort and the quality of infrastructures
• Maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment across all sites
• Provide technical on-call service.

Profile sought

Your profile;

Training in a technical profession (CFC or equivalent: electrician, sanitary installer, maintenance agent)

• Proven experience in multi-technical maintenance in a hotel, hospital, residential, or event environment
• Good general knowledge in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, heating, ventilation, and security
• Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
• Driving license B mandatory
• Ability to adapt to different interlocutors
• Proficiency with computer tools
• Interest in technological monitoring (home automation)
