To support its "Manufacturing Support" department, UCB Farchim SA in Bulle, Switzerland is looking for a 6-month:
Qualification Intern (Pharma & Biotech)
Qualification is an essential process that consists of verifying, in a documented manner, that installations, systems, or equipment operate in accordance with technical and regulatory requirements (ASTME2500, GAMP…).
As part of our qualification activities, to ensure the robustness and sustainability of our processes, and in collaboration with the qualification leads, the site process partner, the engineering and quality assurance departments, the objectives of this internship are as follows:
- Identify standard qualification tests for simple systems (piping, welding, flexibles, climatic chambers…)
- Write standard qualification protocols for these systems
- Create or update risk analyses impacted by changes
- Update the test sheet catalog and integrate protocols into our computerized qualification tool QALM
- Participate in the continuous improvement activities of the site's Qualification team
Desired profile:
- Engineering/pharmacy/master's degree in sciences,
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GMP environment) is a plus,
- Proactive
- Autonomous, curious, rigorous, interested in the pharma/biotech industrial environment.
We offer a paid internship in a dynamic environment for approximately 6 months; starting date: October 2025, negotiable depending on availability.
