Tasks

Skills

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a committed, reliable, and professionally competent personality for the shipping and inventory management area in the fresh meat segment.Your challenge:
- Provision, picking, and control of customer orders including special and large orders
- Ensuring smooth goods flow between cutting, warehouse, shipping, production, and external companies (e.g., the slaughterhouse)
- Checking product quality upon receipt and before dispatch
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and safety regulations
- Checking expiration dates (MHD)
- Coordination and organization with internal and external interfaces
- Control and processing of picking lists
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels in the fresh meat area
- Support with monthly inventories
- Prioritization of orders according to specifications and assistance with optimal distribution of scarce stocks
- Monitoring freezing and thawing processes
Your profile:
- Completed training as a meat specialist, butcher, or equivalent professional experience
- Forklift license is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Good resilience, flexible, team-oriented as well as sense of order and quality awareness
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office
