Your Tasks
- Reception and farewell, courteous care, as well as competent advice for patients, guests, and visitors
- Responsibility for room organization (flower care, mail distribution, laundry supply, and general order)
- Informing patients about organizational procedures after admission
- Ensuring the well-being of our patients in close cooperation with nursing, the kitchen, information, and cleaning
- Assignments at various events for Schwyz Hospital
- Contact person for all non-medical services
Your Profile
- Training as a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist, or practical experience in guest care, for example in a hospital, is desirable
- Very good German skills, foreign languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of various diet and nutrition forms
- Affinity for handling web-based programs and electronic devices
- Considerate handling of patients
