Job Description

• You are responsible for the digitization of International Tender Management: from RFQ (Request for Quotation) to rollout.
• You support our Key Account Business Development Management from strategic customer planning to performance strategy and business maintenance.
• You assist the Head of Key Account Business Development in visualizing strategic concept planning.
• For the systematic collection and evaluation of competitive data, you build a digital AI solution.
• Your tasks in Go-to-Market projects range from data analysis and evaluation to potential conception and implementation of AI solutions.

Qualifications

Education: Completed bachelor's degree in business informatics or business administration with a digital analytical focus as well as the firm intention to pursue a master's degree in Switzerland.

Experience and Know-how: Initial professional experience in international business development/management, sales, and project management. Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, and agile project methods.

Personality and Working Style: Analytical thinking combined with result-oriented, conscientious, structured, and solution-focused working style, good communication skills.

Enthusiasm: Strong interest in holistic concept development including implementation, digitization, AI solutions such as DiaBrain and M365 Suite, as well as the use of generative artificial intelligence.

Languages: Very good written and spoken skills in German and English.

Additional Information

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage program for dedicated bachelor graduates who wish to pursue a master's degree. After completing the bachelor's degree, the first phase provides up to 12 months of practical experience to familiarize with technical and business contexts. The second phase includes the master's program, which is continued on a part-time basis. The program includes additional events and seminars as well as personal support on the way to successful completion.
