Your Tasks
- Pre-calculations of tax deposits
- Assessment of property gains tax declarations, including conducting market value appraisals based on market economic criteria or valuation of additional services such as granting residential rights, usufruct, or other easements
- Evaluation of economic transactions (stock trading, chain transactions)
- Negotiations with parties and their representatives in oral, telephone, and written form
- Independent handling of objections, appeals, and replies
Your Profile
- You have completed commercial training and have at least 3 years of professional experience – ideally in an administration, tax office, notary office, or a similar environment
- Further education or interest in topics such as law, real estate, or taxes is required
- You are interested in learning new specialist areas, especially around the topic of property taxes
- You enjoy working independently, are reliable, analytical, and decisive
- You enjoy contact with people – you present yourself professionally and communicate confidently
- You think proactively, show initiative, and actively contribute to the team
