About the job

• You take over the professional responsibility for the entire nursing process in collaboration with the station management, according to the nursing concept and quality standards.
• You are jointly responsible, as deputy for the nursing station management in dual leadership together with the responsible senior physician, for the organizational, operational, and professional management of the station.
• You assume the responsibility and tasks of the station management in their absence.
• You actively participate in the daily station routine and shift work and act as a reference person in direct care to ensure the safety and care of our patients.

• You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diplomas).
• You have solid expertise in psychiatric nursing.
• Ideally, you already have some leadership experience or are willing to acquire it – with our support.
• You possess pronounced empathetic skills and are a team player who values and promotes multiprofessional collaboration.
• You have social skills, are flexible and resilient, and are used to working independently and responsibly.
• You are characterized by a willingness for continuous personal and professional development.
• You have empathy in dealing with patients.
