• Management of our catering and gastronomy kitchen
• Preparation and production of the menu offerings for events and catering
• Production of homemade specialties for our specialty shops and production
• Assistance in organizing and conducting events
• Leading a small kitchen team including scheduling
• Purchasing, inventory management, and quality control

• Completed training as a cook EFZ or equivalent
• Experience in a leadership role is an advantage
• Organizational talent with enthusiasm for regional cuisine
• Team player, reliable, and open to new things
• Flexible in work schedule
