Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a focus on Psychiatry from 60% - 80%
Requirements
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH Psychiatry and at least 2 years of professional experience
- High professional and social competence
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Flexible and empathetic personality
- Good computer user skills
- Car driving license
Tasks
- Independent, qualified, and resource-oriented care and counseling of our clients with mental illness
- Needs assessment with interRAI CMH, creating nursing diagnoses
- Managing and monitoring the nursing process as case manager
- Close cooperation with interprofessional teams
- Collaboration with relatives, authorities, and involved professionals
