We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic personality as a commercial employee 60% by arrangement.

Together with your colleague, you are the contact person for the employees and ensure coordination with the HR department HACO AG. Your area of responsibility is versatile and interesting: You check and post invoices for raw and packaging materials, manage the cash register including monthly closing, assist with attendance control and any mutations of employee hours in the time system including monthly closing. You also take on coordination tasks in the area of employee training and ensure documentation evidence. In addition to other administrative tasks (correspondence and various evaluations), reception duties such as telephone operation and mail handling are included.

You have completed a commercial basic education. In addition, you have good IT skills (Office 365) and preferably some SAP knowledge. You appreciate independent and goal-oriented work in a small team.
