Your mission with us

You develop and implement creative employer branding strategies that stick in the mind
You plan, organize, and rock events, trade fairs, and recruiting events
You design, manage, and optimize marketing and communication campaigns
You manage and develop our social media channels with fresh ideas
You support our sales team with convincing presentations, sales documents, and offers
You maintain and sharpen our corporate brand – both internally and externally
You work closely with HR and Sales and actively contribute your ideas

What you bring

A completed education (FA level) in marketing, communication, HR, or equivalent
Several years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on employer branding
Know-how in social media, campaign planning, and event organization
A creative, structured, and independent working style
Organizational talent and enjoyment of diverse tasks
Very good communication skills in German and English
Confident handling of common marketing and social media tools
