Responsibilities:
1. Purchasing
- Plan the purchasing of raw materials for medical devices.
- Coordinate activities with suppliers and carriers, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
2. Logistics
- Plan shipments based on stock capacity, forecasts, and lead times.
- Perform incoming inspection of goods and review accompanying documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct monthly inventory management and optimize stock levels, ensuring timely usage and preventing material expiration.
- Process incoming orders and oversee finished product stock levels using the ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Production, QA/RA, Customer Service, Sales, and the Financial department.
- Prepare shipping documents for both incoming and outgoing goods.
- Handle daily administrative duties in Logistics.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Analytical mindset, experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- ERP system proficiency.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working under a QMS in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
- A relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
