We are looking for a
Deputy Head of Department Gastronomy / Coffee Kitchens 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You work closely with the Micro Kitchen Manager and take over the deputy role in their absence
- You are actively involved in leading and developing employees (over 40 team members)
- Planning and monitoring the operational business is part of your daily tasks (approx. 80 supervised outlets)
- You take responsibility for safety, hygiene, and quality in the Micro Kitchen
- You actively participate in department optimization and development
- Budget and ordering management as well as feedback management round off your workday
Your profile
- You have training in gastronomy or a comparable industry
- You can already demonstrate several years (at least 3) in a leadership position
- English & German language cause you no problems either orally or in writing
- You have excellent hosting qualities and are an independent, responsible person
- You are service-oriented, spontaneous and flexible with a quick grasp and love working in a fast-paced, dynamic company
