About the job

• Organization and maintenance of the infrastructure of the Stop Motion workshop and Blackbox
• Conceptualization of room layout and design of workplaces
• Procurement and maintenance of tools and consumables.
• Instruction of students in the use of the workshop and Blackbox
• Instruction in Dragon Frame and light control via DMX
• If applicable, instruction in the use of Motion Control
• Organization and maintenance of the rental for camera, lighting, and hardware for teaching.
• Organization of rental processes (issue, return, inspection) in cooperation with the module coordinators.
• Inventory maintenance
• Procurement of materials in consultation with the program management
• Inventory checks
• Simple repairs - guidance of student assistants
• Technical support for students with their Stop Motion projects
• Team and project work on site, participation in meetings and events

• You have training in Stop Motion Animation with pronounced manual skills or in a technical training with a personal affinity for film / animated film
• You are flexible and work independently and proactively.
• You are communicative and meet students at eye level
• Basic knowledge of Blender is an advantage (Motion Control)
• You have good English skills (teaching in English)
