What to expect
- You are the first point of contact for our customers on all questions about IT products and advise them competently, friendly and solution-oriented by e-mail, telephone and chat
- You efficiently and carefully receive customer orders and inquiries and ensure smooth processing
- You provide information about prices, availability and our e-shop and support our customers in quickly finding the right product
- In close exchange with our internal departments – such as customer service, purchasing or accounting – you ensure that everything runs smoothly and the customer is the focus
- With your market understanding and product knowledge, you quickly recognize customer needs and offer suitable, attractive alternatives from our range
- You work independently, but never alone. A helpful team and a supportive manager are at your side.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training in retail or a related field and have at least two years of experience in internal sales. Ideally in the IT sector or a comparable field
- You recognize customer needs in no time: You listen carefully, advise solution-oriented and act with empathy as well as a portion of healthy pragmatism
- A professional appearance and good manners are as important to you as respectful and friendly interaction with customers and colleagues
- You have very good German skills, both spoken and written, French skills are an advantage
- You enjoy working in a team and a collegial atmosphere as well as mutual support are a matter of course for you
- Reliability, resilience and determination describe you well – you get things done, keep calm even in hectic moments and always find the right way
